The inner critic far too often takes the steering wheel.

Learn how to tap into the wisdom of your inner teacher.

Imagine what it would feel like to have the tools to manage anything life sends your way with ease and grace. Imagine having the confidence to speak your truth, to be your authentic self, and create a future your true heart longs for. Imagine connecting with a tribe of like-minded beautiful people that support you, that understands you, and celebrates you for you! Imagine having the time and space to replenish your spirit and liberate your soul with no responsibilities other than your own well-being.

Are you ready to transform, to embody what it feels like to be healthy, vibrant, and aligned?

If you have been looking for a yoga teacher training or experience in leadership that encourages personal growth, connection and creates a safe sacred space in a stunning location with a loving community, we welcome you to apply.

The foundation of this course is based on creating healthy relationships both inside and out by incorporating Hatha and Tantra philosophies and will explore the many other facets of the Yoga practice. Through meditation, conscious communication, leadership development, awareness practices and physical movement we will gracefully transform the energies.
