Since I am not able to offer my services in person yet I would like to offer you a complimentary 15 min online wellness consultation. This is a great opportunity to ask me any questions you have about your health. It can be massage related, yoga related, how to manage stress or just simply tips for general wellbeing. Even if you don't have anything specific to ask and are just interested in how to add to your daily routine to make it even better, I am happy to chat! Let's connect :)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel any Retreats please provide at least 90 days notice for full refund. To cancel regular yoga and massage services or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
